what did I cook last night?...Good Question...I made lemon pepper salmon nuggets. I had two filets that I cut into cubes and breaded with my own mixture of bread crumbs and lemon pepper seasoning. In my opinion, I think I overdid it on the seasoning because the cubes were a bit too salty even for my taste. Well who cares since I was only cooking for myself. I have a roommate and all but I am not necessarily cooking for two but if I have leftovers, he's the lucky one. Anyhoo, the idea came from someone having mentioned lemon pepper crunchy salmon nuggets before and I figured I would go and get thestuff and make my own version.. I did like it though, and ate it after smoking a big fat bowl and getting some beer. I am glad that it was a solo experiment though because like I said less seasoning more bread crumbs net time.
